Oh.. one more thing on getting jacked or super lean. It can’t happen by accident. It’s hard and very deliberate work.
So people can’t get too muscular just by working out.

Man I need to get motivated, my snoring has got worse. But energy levels are so low. Advice?

So I’d recommend removing nutritional deficiencies first (the resin you have low energy) before you start challenging exercise. And this means looking at what you’re eating and figuring out what’s missing. It’s super common to not be eating enough rather than too much.
