Maybe colour grading, audio mix, foley? Dunno but all could be considered something done in an ‘edit’ even if it’s a single continuous shot.
Clarify pls - so a one shot movie can have edits? I thought it couldn’t but admit flailing before research

Multiple takes can be seamed together if you choreograph it in the right way.

As the guy who also watched 1917 last night, I assume you're talking about the obvious edit and not the "hidden" edit?
-
ah look there are obvious edits - into the dark, past a long wall, into the water etc, but am intrigued as it's being sold as a one shot film, but that's not my perception of one shot - though the practicalities of a 2 hour shoot for an entire film are insurmountable.

Most "one shot" movies have edits. Until fairly recently it wasn't really even possible to shot a film in one actual shot - shooting with a 7,000 foot film magazine wasn't super practical.
-
I am apparently mistaken - according to this wiki page, most "one shot" films historically have actually been one shot. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/One_shot_(film) …
