Just got mine today, working great! No manual though. Is there a way to not have the USB ports powered when the MiSTer is off? My wireless controller dongles flash constantly!

The USB port on the IO board is uninterruptible, which is designed for the safety of the removable hard disk, and the power supply must be removed in order to completely cut off the power.
