      According to their company history, the departed developer Nex Entertainment began in 1992 as "エマーグ" (Emerg? Emag?), a joint venture of Sega and Yomiuri Kikaku. In 1994, the company was renamed Nextech and acquired Gau Entertainment. http://bit.ly/2uEybGe

      I assume Yu Yu Hakusho Gaiden was by "Emerg" since it doesn't really seem like a Gau Entertainment game.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H04mtHiajXc …

          In 1998, a company called Sonic was absorbed/merged into Nextech. I assume that's Sonic! Software Planning, but what would have that included? Didn't everybody go to Camelot by that point?
