I know this is off-topic, but is there any proof that Tiertex worked on the MD version of Turbo Outrun? It's usually attributed to them in online sources (like Sega-16), but it seems so uncharacteristic of Sega to outsource an early MD game of theirs to a western developer.
Tiertex did a few Master System games for Sega, so it's not too weird. I see. Thanks for the clarification. It's still uncharacteristic that Sega would let a western developer handle an MD port of one of their arcade games, especially one that was self-published by them in Japan. Usually, they were hired for SMS or PC ports for the western market.
