      Majesco and Ballistic were both re-releasing games, and they were both using Mexican Acclaim shells.

      Reading up on it, it looks like they used Sega shells, too.

          There's too many variations. My childhood cart has white Tengen logo/no seal/made in Japan. Other one is red logo/no seal/made in Japan.
