The old Naxat became Kaga Tech. Kaga Create was originally called Digital Gain.

I think Digital Gain was mostly just involved with graphic design, advertising, and promotions before that.

Worth noting, I suppose, is that Kaga Electronics, the parent company, is listed as the publisher for Recca on Virtual Console.
