@gdri That was the period they stopped making commercial games beyond Sokoban; IIRC Riverhill Soft published their final ADV on PlayStation.
Speaking of T. Rabbit, a handful of people seemed to turn up at Kan's in the late 1990s. Don't know if TR shut down dev around then or what.
