@gdri - I think the second sound driver Kazuo used was in fact programmed by someone else, whoever "Soarer" is.

@gdri Isaki and Astyanax use Kazuo's driver. Just found 1999's is from Totally Rad/Bakushou Jinsei Gekijou 2. -
@ThePianoMan1994 Putting these games in chronological order, Totally Rad is the earliest to use that driver. 1999/Bakushou came out after.
