@gdri Do you know who developed Vegas Dream for the NES? I read it was HAL Laboratory, but I don't see any HAL staff in the credits.

@gdri I thought they went by Hal Laboratory, Inc. I just didn't see any staff members who worked for them. I thought ISCO made it.
