@gdri Not sure if it helps any but I own Fantasy Zone II CIB. I didn't see any staff credits in the manual though.
@ThePianoMan1994 I know Alien Syndrome and FZII share sound effects. And there was some old 2ch post that said Sanritsu did both those.

@gdri They're both Sega games so I think that Sanritsu made those versions. I think they're known as SIMS now. -
