Erogē Bunka Kenkyū Gairon (Naoki Miyamoto, 2017) cites Hudson's "Yakyūken" (野球拳) for the MZ-80K as likely the first Japanese eroge – it was reportedly sold via mail order as far back as 1979! It has a primary source for an ad from March 1981, so it seems the likely candidate.
