@gdri Me and MrNorbert1994 just discovered that StarTropics uses Birthday's sound engine; specifically the version used in Juvei Quest, Kaijuu Monogatari, and To The Earth.

I wonder if Locomotive did it. Norbert also believes based on the code, ACC and Technos worked on Top-Rider. Not sure though.

Michiya Hirasawa worked on Top Rider, so that might be the Technos connection.
