I did not discover this myself, but if you look up the most recent California filing for Ages Electronics, Inc. (formerly Gremlin Industries/Sega Electronics), under "DESCRIBE THE TYPE OF BUSINESS OF THE CORPORATION," it says "MAURY POVICH SHOW." (Ages is a CBS subsidiary.)
It was Sega Enterprises, Inc. that briefly became Simon & Schuster Entertainment Software, Inc.
