I did not discover this myself, but if you look up the most recent California filing for Ages Electronics, Inc. (formerly Gremlin Industries/Sega Electronics), under "DESCRIBE THE TYPE OF BUSINESS OF THE CORPORATION," it says "MAURY POVICH SHOW." (Ages is a CBS subsidiary.)

I did not examine the articles last time I looked at them but I have been curious what exactly it's DOING as a shell corporation. Another thing of note is that in 1984 they tried to make it the interactive portion of Simon & Schuster before renaming it.
It was Sega Enterprises, Inc. that briefly became Simon & Schuster Entertainment Software, Inc.
