      I assume, like Natsume, Inc., Hot-B USA became independent of the parent company. The last CA SOS filing is from 2009, current status is "FTB SUSPENDED," meaning "the business entity was suspended or forfeited by the Franchise Tax Board for failure to meet tax requirements."
