which of the two did Double Dragon II MD? I could take a quick look at that one again; sadly you don't list any other games for a 68000 system for either company if this is Quest then that would be really really cool

actually hm, I'm not seeing Double Dragon II's coding matching Crying Dragon's, at least not at first HOWEVER I do see it being very similar to another game's...
