          Don't see anything about a PlayStation game, but there was a PC Engine Crying Dragon that was going to be published by Asmik.

          I'm going to guess from the use of SMPS that the ROM I have was before they got involved, but I could be wrong there's one complete song which sounds more like a Sega sports game from 1989 than a Sakimoto composition and a few drum loops
