Gau Entertainment was made up of former members of Wolf Team and Telenet. Here's an ad for Yu Yu Hakusho Gaiden (released 1/28/1994), which was listed on the Nextech/Nex Entertainment websites for years. Definitely doesn't seem to be by the same team. (Beep! The last version of the Nex Entertainment website finally revealed that Nextech was started as Emerg, a joint venture of Sega and Yomiuri Kikaku.
