I wonder tough who could have made Heisei Tensai Bakabon and Wagyan Land 3 for the Famicom. Their audio engine is similiar (Yoshinori Kawamoto) but nothing else.
The sub programmer on Wagan Land 3 was also a programmer on NES Dragon Spirit and PCE Genpei Touma Den, but that's the only unusual thing I noticed.

Dragon Spirit and Genpei Touma Den was Now Production. So my bet is that they allowed to Yoshinori Kawamoto to use a different sound driver...?? Would be easier to talk with the man himself, but he is not a talkative one unfortunately. :/
