      According to a former employee, RazorSoft had been looking at it as early as 1991 and had the manual translated. Sounds like NCS had been shopping around an English version.

          I’ve also read a similar thing where when a publisher received it it was already in English. Real shame it never got a release since it was pretty groundbreaking for it’s time. Think Namco canceled it cause of timing.
