From the looks of those minimalistic graphics, I'm still sure it's most likely WinkySoft. My only other guess would be RiverHillSoft, but looking their resume I doubt that they ever bothered to develop a wrestling game for the NES.

It sounds a bit too shrill and drab for Winkysoft. Fighting Road is a close match on both the sound and the graphic style. Should be much easier to tell if-and-when a ROM gets released, though.
