"He is Over There, Because" seems more like a retroactive slogan than the actual origin of the company's name, much like how T&E Soft was originally named after its founders (Toshiro & Eiji) and then became "Try & Exciting", followed by "Technology & Entertainment".
SIMS supposedly stood for "Soft development Innovation Multi Success," but Victor Ireland has said (on NeoGAF) it stood for the owners of the company.
