One thing that's always struck me about the YouTube Right (Pool/Shapiro/Crowder/Watson) is how... uncool they all are. A bunch of grown men feverishly defending their own bootlicking, picking fights with college kids, making unsolicited "response" videos. Big Wedgie Energy.
