Perhaps people assume the author is a bad person not because he favors fewer social goods & lower taxes but because he is a senior contributor on a site that had a “black crime” tag for their articles.

Also... choosing "when to speak and when to remain silent" is a basic social skill that I am currently teaching my 3 year old. The idea that they are oppressed because they can't say whatever they want, whenever they want, without consequence... is bizarre.
