    Totally out of the blue today I receive notice that I am a finalist in awards. I am truly proud my adopted home from the age of three is now rewarding me in this way. It means more to me than the awards organisers could ever know. Thank you 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 and .

    Another week another reason to feel that the world is changing for disabled people AND the staff who might feel awkward in providing the best . Ok, it might not be fast enough but we are working hard to speed it up. Thanks for the support everyone.

There are flowers in the left of the picture and the massive Deloitte logo on the wall behind. On the reception desk is the Neatebox Welcome info card which has been enlarged and is also on the right of the picture.

    Delighted to be greeted on street outside office yesterday. Reception staff were alerted to my arrival by App, noting temporary obstructions they came to guide me in. Great customer service!

    A superb first visit to the NatWest branch in Angel in London. They have a super number of comfy but accessible seats and the super friendly Nifa waiting to Welcome you. I’m so incredibly excited that ALL can benefit from this 100% FREE service. 😃

    Philip in his mobility scooter can’t reach the pedestrian crossing button as it has been placed too far from him. Thanks for the picture Philip you taught me to look further than visual impairment.

    Just this week I was told by a businessman “Businesses would rather not have to cater for people”. My heart sank that this might be true but then I remembered all of the amazing companies and people I work with and KNEW THIS WAS NOT TRUE. Thank you partners.
