    Heads up folks, I'm aware of an email scam being sent as a fake AUDA email requiring "verification of domain ownership" that asks for a reply back with photo ID and medicare card scans If you have a copy of this email I would very much like to get my hands on it

    Parler website is back up. With a DDos-Guard IP, exactly as I predicted the day it went offline. DDoS Guard is the Russian equivalent of CloudFlare, and runs many shady sites. RiTM (Russia in the middle) is one way to think about it.

    Parler is back online now by routing 100% of its user traffic through servers located within the Russian Federation. Raise your hand if you understand the very significant impact this has on the ability to surveil and target insurrectionists who organize on Parler.

    NSW recorded zero new locally acquired cases of in the 24 hours to 8pm last night. There were also eight cases recorded in returned travellers, bringing the total number of COVID-19 cases in NSW since the beginning of the pandemic to 4,885.

    This thread explains why I’ve simply stuck to lights which can be programmed to come on at certain times of the day - and even that simple task sometimes fails randomly.

    Looking at each part of the chain, they're all crappy network stacks thrown onto cheap products at the last second and rushed to market, and it's pretty clear why accounts like exist: because IoT is a giant pile of bad code shoddy standards and unreliable products
