    In public service we often bemoan that good practice is a bad traveller and that innovations seldom lead to systemic change. points out that this is true in other sectors and it often requires difficult times for new ideas to thrive.

    What a great scheme from - if other are interested they’re on our Consultancy Framework!

    I just love the offers being made on the Torbay Timebank >> "Addressing Envelopes and Stuffing them" . It might sound trite but offers like this reduce self-reported loneliness ... which have reduced from 59% to 29%, from a cohort of 1,500.
