    The past 24 hours have been tough to say the least. I’m so proud of the way this group came together as a TEAM. They have worked so hard from the first day of fall ball. We will continue to support our student-athletes through this difficult time.

    I’m just amazed by the support of all the wonderful people in the lacrosse community. It makes me proud to be a laxer! Thank you to everyone that has reached out- it has definitely made it easier to deal with this loss. Spending the day with my son tomorrow in NYC!!😊😊😁😁

    Today was a tough day as my father Fred passed away. He outlived all prediction put on him by his doctors. His second open heart surgery at 40+ they gave him 10 years. He enjoyed every day of his life up until today - 2 months shy of 78. We will miss him! He was the best!!!!

    I’m so fired up to work with my brother who has so many amazing pattens in the manufacturing side of lacrosse. I remember when we were right out of college and he came up with the concept of padding all fitting together with removable pieces. Revolutionary from the beginning!

    After spending the evening talking lax with friends in FLA before camp tomorrow I realized just how lucky I am. Love the game and love the people involved. I’m pretty sure that I spend 24-7 thinking lax and how I can be a better coach! Just who I am!!! Love It!

    It was a game changer for me! Still thankful I played for Roy Simmons Jr. Or it may never have happened! What coach would allow that down by a goal in the NCAA Semis. Only a man of vision!
