$TSLA ATM being shopped today. May be done in pieces or one swoop. TSLA Feb secondary priced at 5% discount ($767 pre-split vs $804 close). Key selling point: Indexers need to buy 120M TSLA shares next week. Still think this gets done by tomorrow, then TSLA rebounds into next wk.

yes it does. $5B offering comes to around ~v8M shares. The volume is already 31M and we had around ~60M traded yesterday. I think they should be able to complete all the 8M today
