There's this weird thing where men tend to get "life" or "business" coaches, where women tend to get therapy. Doesn't matter what you call it so long as you get the help, but consider getting a therapist who has been educated and trained if you're in the market for a coach.

There is a substantial difference between a therapist and a coach though. Therapy looks at the past, Coaching looks at the future. That’s why good coaches help people to move forward

very much agree on the need for coaching AND also finding the right coach. You don't hire a hockey coach when you are learning figure skating. We've seen advisers that are all "do this" and less about fit. shout out to
