    Local signal. Brooklyn friends who do not own say landlords are pushing up rents by hundreds of dollars. (Inflation is not major factor on rental properties; it decreases landlord obligations of existing mortgages). So much for NYC emptying out and cheap living.

    Do not believe BEVangelist line that 'everyone will plug in at home'. Home charging is option for 30% of US vehicles. Grid balancing public chargers for tens of millions of BEVs is a nightmare. Hydrogen station refueling of EVs is only scalable path. Scaling BEVs is delusional

    Minswap TVL as big as Sundae? Not a contest. Not a winner take all. It shows Cardano's community is ready to build out DeFi foundations. Add in NFT Community markets & DAO Governance. Then Identity Solutions & Enterprise Cardano era. Parallel streams converging around 2025-28.

    I don't need Microsoft to validate Cardano, but let's assume: Microsoft's team does not understand Eth's Account Balance vs Cardano's eUTxO. Or Solidity vs Plutus (Functional Programming). Ethereum is opposite of enterprise ready. Would love to see Consensys deck

    What is he articulating? Gaslight much? Nobody is saying Americans are going to Ukraine to fight. Nobody is going to invade America. He's clearly implying that someone (maybe Biden or Libs) are asking Americans to prepare for war? This is fear-based macho babble.

    If a single national Republican could articulate the case for staying out of this war any better than , the base of the party would instantly look to them as a leader. But none of them can, which is why this video went viral.

    Cardano folk aligning on 'wait until June hard fork'. Changes are indeed significant. But remember how this plays out. *If* we overcome global macro uncertainties, any upward price action is often artificial and collapses after hard fork. Focus on not 2022 price.

    On the NASA live stream, they just said that the resolution achieved with JWST was 0.0000194° (i.e. the smallest thing they can spot spans 0.0000194° of 360° round the sky). 28 TIMES BETTER THAN Spitzer (also an infrared space telescope) which had a resolution of 0.00056°

    This is a photo of Mars' larger moon Phobos, orbiting 5,990 km above the Red Planet. The angle at which the image was acquired dramatically compresses the planet surface in the background, which is why craters look so elongated. Phobos is about 22.5 km across.
