    Agree with @gruber, the new aluminum is more grippy. And thank god because iPhone 6 was the slipperiest phone in history. 6S not at all.

        @garrettmurray @gruber interesting - I’m upgrading from a 5s and see no way in which I continue using a 6s without a case.

        @garrettmurray @gruber not sure if it’s lighter weight, bigger size, or what, but this feels super slippery to me. Glad I didn’t have a 6!

      @garrettmurray @gruber I got my 6s after a few years on a Nexus4, I find it slippery as hell. Can’t imagine how the 6 was if it was worse

      @garrettmurray @gruber I wonder if its the relative weight that ads the reassurance to the mind. Could be magic in the Anodising process!

      @garrettmurray @gruber Glad to hear it. 6 is the first ever iPhone I felt the need to get a case for.

      The difference in heft and grip is small, but noticeable. Makes the 6S feel more like a solid high end object like the 5.

      @garrettmurray @gruber C'mon - I couldn't tell a difference. But then again, I don't think the 6 is that slippery...

      @garrettmurray @gruber 6s still pretty slippery to me; using Apple leather case.

      @garrettmurray @gruber the Apple leather case is more slippery than the last version, and the lip around the screen’s edge is larger.
