    My daughter is 9. Today is her last day of Gr4. She plays on the monkey bars, rides her bike, swims, dances, plays soccer etc. She is in the peak of enjoying her childhood. This is the age when was put on me. I was 9 when my childhood was snatched from me.

    Liz Jackson won nine Walkleys, including the Gold. She served on our board, and as an example to our industry of the best that journalism can be. Fearless, dogged, and with a wonderful sense of humour, she will be dearly missed. Our thoughts are with her family and colleagues.
