The thing about art directing for inclusion: You sometimes get pushback from your client, or the artist is inexperienced at representation, or forum posters get angry about diversity. But when a player feels *seen*, it's so worth it.

Yeah, it's rough. I spent years in the ad business trying to cast more diversity, but clients would tend toward the status quo, with a few concessions. I learned there that I *have* to ask for a mountain if I'm going to get a hill.
