I made 3 big changes to a prototype mechanics and have a playtest soon. Should I test all 3 at once? Or do it a bit at a time?

How much do changes/experience depend on the testers? I'd run one change each, then all the same time to check if they co-depend/interact?

Well I know they co-depend overall but I'm not sure how easy it'll be to note issues if I do them at once.

I wouldn't test all 3 at once unless they're very independent. That way if something doesn't work you know which to roll back.
