Every time I bumped into other players was a delight, and it was cool to know that I was helping others too, even passively. This is by far the best experience I had with strangers in a videogame and I wish other studios could learn from it.
Amando Armando.
There was something in the air that night The notification was bright Armando
I have the 2DS. Brought it with me to a convention and had Animal Crossing: New Leaf, which resulted in dozens of new houses to visit in the HHA district. And it was always fun to bring it with me during train trips and see how many folks did the same thing with Streetpass.
You're right, it was so fun while travelling! At Gamescom the Nintendo area had benches with outlets for people to rest, charge and clean up/play their street pass. Every time I was done, my streetpasses were full again!
I have perhaps an unreasonable amount of anxiety about all the unfinished street pass puzzles out there.
Same! I finished a good deal, but there's a few that...

Oh my goodness, Streetpass! We would go to PAX East each year in Boston by public transit from our apartment in Cambridge and spend the whole commute checking in on Streetpass because we were surrounded by other nerds doing the same thing :) I remember puzzles and potions
I loved how Street Pass worked in Tomodachi Life. <3
