You know what the core issue is with game design in the industry? When games are largely designed by white men who have loving parents that actually care about them, they aren't accounting for decreased mental capacity for players who struggle with trauma.

This is a huge reason why there is a massive barrier to entry for most games. The best games for me, mentally, are ones where I can look at the board state and know what I need to do next. All of the information needs to be on the table for me to figure out what to do next.

I don't WANT to have to remember 350 cards every new set that comes out. I don't want to have to know whats in the other players deck. I don't want to have to build a deck in the first place PRIOR to gameplay.

I do not have a memory, period, which means that playing a game that REQUIRES memorization of things, just genuinely will not work for me.

Same. If a game relies on memory I just know I'll have a bad time.
