I just want to get away from facebook. Let it burn. The only two reasons I keep it are to keep in touch with family without having to initiate conversations and VR.

Yeah, and not long after Zuckerberg was pressured in Congress to explain why he didn't separate Facebook from Instagram. Why not pile up and add Oculus to the mix? I heard that 'unethical and disgusting' is their new slogan.
-
Yeah, it worries me more in this case because declining means you'll be locked out of a whole device.

Ah yes, I'll never get an Oculus, then! My Facebook account is dead and I would like to keep it that way, hah.

If it's not deleted you should be able to use it, but still blargh

Yeesh. I deleted my FB account this year. This is going to keep me far away from Oculus.

disappointed that I’ve invested in a company that doesn’t seem to care about its user base and their privacy. This is not only a mega breach of trust between oculus owners and oculus, I’d call it unethical to demand someone make an account with personal info just to play VR.

It's a true shame. They have learned NOTHING.
