I feel like a publisher needs to exist that reprints all the classic euro games from pre 2010. So many are hard to find and have drab visuals. But their classic feel + elegancant rules are so enjoyable and make them stand out amongst some of the more convoluted modern games.pic.twitter.com/7CHjXUH7nQ

Some of the ones I had in mind have been republished like web of power but there are more ive come across that I’d like to see reprinted, things like San Marco or Merkator or Santiago. There’s quite a few others I have seen and don’t recall the name of.

Santiago is *fantastic* and also has the most hilariously bland board in the history of board games.

Everything about it is hideous except for the gameplay!

I'm just remembering how good this game is though. Those bribes to the overseer can be so mean!

It's a reprint by a Polish publisher named Trefl.
