Game design question: Are there any card games in which you can somehow play your opponents' cards? For example, a CCG where both players deal out cards from their custom deck to make a common set of "shop" cards?

In Netrunner the Runner scores by stealing the Corp's Agenda cards. What you are describing would be tricky in competitive CCGs since everyone is using different sleeves.

In Imperius (previously solstice: Fall of Empire) the players can draft and play each other's unit cards.

In Tides of Time, rounds 2 and 3 have you shuffle and draft both the player's cards from the previous round (minus a couple).
