So it's a game where you use your workers to gather A to turn into B, which you can use to get C, which is basically points. However, there are chances to turn combinations of A and B into C, but the tricky part is that you also can turn C back into a bigger amount of B.

The most logical solution is for C to be money so you can buy more of B, but I don't want to defend capitalism if I can.

I got a theme: Cork! It was one of the first things that came to mind. Turns out it can be recycled so it fits my game. Cork Oak -> Extracted Bark -> Corkpic.twitter.com/cEGWe6Nt7O

It's exciting to be making a print and play again. You'll get to play it soon!

Here is the the first public prototype for Cortiça, a 18 card worker placement game for 2 players. Takes about 35 minutes. Feedback welcome! https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/10AO3ccZN7PnP-84goN8j3g7jJ8FjWIeS?usp=sharing …pic.twitter.com/CNitUBb0qK

This sounds cool, I like the idea of randomising the order of actions! I couldn't work out how the stack works though, I'd love an example & maybe some diagrams explaining it.

Thank you! I'll try to explain it here. Every time you resolve an action you take a worker and place it on the same spot, making a stack. On the next turn the players take turn placing the worker on the top of the stack.

Since the actions are resolved from left to right, the further right you place them, the higher they'll be in the stack so you'll go earlier on the next turn.

Ace, I think I understand now, thank you! Something made me think there was a stack for each action card, rather than a single global stack. I think it was "take the worker from the space and place it nearby", implies nearby to the specific action space card to me.

Good point, I'll clarify the rulebook!

"As you do, take the worker from the space and form a single common stack. Every time you remove a worker from either player, place it on top of this stack." Hope it's clearer!

I added a gameplay example to the end of the rulebook. Hope it helps!
