I'm just wondering, what do people do to record design discussions and pitching (incl. results) with publishers? Do you all just have custom spreadsheets? I've not created a central log yet, but dont want to miss any or double-harass any either. :-D

I always have a notepad with me so I wrote on that immediately once the meeting ends. If I wait until I am next to a keyboard I'm afraid I'll forget important details.

Do you write up later so that you have a central list? E.g. I pitched games A, B and E to this publisher, on these dates...

Not really, but if I ever want to know the date and it's not on the notes, I have the e-mail where I scheduled it beforehand.

I guess I haven't sent enough pitches to lose track. :)
