Life tip: Sometimes I get overwhelmed & feel very sad & small. And in that state I can forget that I don't always feel like that. I start to think I'll feel that bad forever! & a thing that's helped me LOADS with this over the last few months is daily mood tracking with Daylio.

Every day at 2pm and 8pm it prompts me to pick a mood emoji - from rad down through meh and below. Then, on a rough day (I maybe have 1 of these per month) I can see the proof that let's me know "this too shall pass."

The stats assure me that a meh today almost certainly leads to a rad tomorrow! Anyway, if you end up feeling like a bad day is your new forever... maybe this could help you too
