A major reviewer just reviewed the 4th of my games and three of his video reviewes had rule mistakes,in 2 cases major. At least on the BGG he so far hasnt reacted to comments pointing out the mistakes. I dont want to call him out, bc it can be seen as petty, but its annoying

This reviewer has said to me personally that he's a speed reader and he speed reads to get through rules. It's hard when output is a major part of your earning as a media creator but also have a responsibility to put out accurate content.

I don't know who the reviewer is, but this effectively punishes games that do quirky things with established mechanics - I can imagine a speed-reader spotting "deckbuilding" and just figuring they get how it works in that game, for instance.

I've literally been there. :/ There's so much to unlearn in Superhot that I wouldn't really describe it as a deckbuilding game - but I wasn't in charge of the marketing.

Excellent example! I always thought of Superhot as more like a deck-management game.

That's how I usually describe it!
