Can doctors please stop prescribing weight loss to fat homeless people who are disabled, have chronic fatigue, and already exercise for a living? It's just not possible for me to exercise more. I can't do all the things I already want to do because of fatigue.

I don't know if this helps but I'm sharing because it's been working for me: itermittent fasting. Eating for 8h, fasting for 16h. I barely had to change my routine other than skip breakfast.

I find myself less drowsy in the morning, or after eating. Hope you can find a solution that works for you!

Thanks! Yeah, I've gone a while eating the way you mentioned, just cos that's how things worked out. But I've noticed I function a lot better with breakfast.

This is fairly flexible, you don't have to skip breakfast if your "eating slot" starts earlier. Fatigue could still be a problem, though. :(
