Are you seeing the audience grow from one release to the next?

All of my games have different price points, different value offerings, and different levels of effort from me for promotion. So, it's hard to compare.

That's fair. I don't get why Five Ravens isn't more successful. It's clever, plays quickly and is very portable. Maybe the target audience is exactly me and @upbeattoast :)

I didn't promote it much (though I did no more/less than Solstice, which exceeded it). It didn't have "fun" components so the price "felt" high. I think people were turned off by the art style. I think it's one of my best designs. Maybe my #2. The next version should do well.

I think using the term "deckbuilding" might have done it a disservice, as the market was very saturated with those. Not everyone stays around for more detailed information. In this case I feel it's more about what you take away rather than what goes into the deck.

With many of my games it is a tough pitch as I mix and match and tweak a lot of common things. It is like deck distillation and tableau building, but then it does other stuff. A big reason I also suck at getting signed.

Personally I'm a big fan, I try to do the same. I mean, as long as rent is not on the line.

My rent is never on the line, so I don't *really* care. And hey, I seem to struggle getting paid even when I am signed, so does it even matter?

Well, I look forward for your next releases and I bet I'm not the only one. :)
