When I played CCGs I would always ask the other player to cut the deck to prove I wasn't stacking it in any way. I carried it to other games - especially if I'm winning!

My main opponent liked to troll me by cutting it in the slightest way possible - by just taking the top card of the deck.

How my family plays Mahjong is not to win with anything cheap or "chicken", which makes for hands being more tense and more money being exchanged.

Not an analog game, but lots of people have rituals for pressing certain button combinations when trying to catch a Pokemon :)

Oh, right! I did that! I don't think it had any effect but it made me feel like I had a better chance. The funny thing is, in Pokemon TCG for the Gameboy it did affect the results for flipping coins.

There are tons like this about GO. Idk where You can find all but some includes the note
one get with proper board and stones, proper way of handpainting board (includes katana), proper first move into the heart, way to choose colors.. No game similar. Nobody but Japanese -
