This is not a logical argument. They hate him because he challenges their ideas. And he "platforms" them because he believes in free speech. Like every liberal (Classical Liberal) does.

liberalism is basically just a gateway drug to extremism. since he shares them then there likely more that is gonna take those extremist views to hearth and find it more convincing than his rebuttals

I don't see how that is the case, liberals defends the idea of individual liberties. Extremism is quite the opposite, when you are far-left or far-right, you essentially try to impose your ideals on others, this is defiantly not liberal.

I'm pretty sure the Alt-Right would exist without Sargon, they don't have much in common. They are an almost symmetric reflection of the far-left, they collectivist and authoritarian.
