@YouTube I’ve seen to be waiting 3hours now the last time I checked it said 2 hours till it was supposed to be uploaded and it is a 35min video do u know why it’s taking so long?

Ok I meet all of the requirements and this is the first time this happened since I started YouTube and my internet speed is 15055mpps and the file type is mp4 so could it be that it is 35min long.
