I just read an article about the bankruptcy of RMSTitanic Inc/Premier Exhibitions. I’m quoted in the article. Let me say this for now. No entity has done more to preserve the legacy of RMS Titanic than Premier Expeditions. Full disclosure: I’m a paid consultant to Premier.

9 years ago, Air France flight 447 crashed into the south Atlantic killing all 228 people on board. My special prayers to the victims, their loved ones, friends, and their families. A special thanks to the BEA, to Air France, and to Airbus for allowing us to find that plane.

I have to apologize. I thought the MH370 expedition was over. My thoughts and prayers out to the team and with the families and loved ones of the victims. This in fact is a good time for prayer and for hopes that something is found in these last few days.

Another attempt at finding MH370 has come to an unsuccessful end. I can tell you from experience that the seagoing teams are both emotionally and physically exhausted. My thoughts and prayers are now and always with the MH370 families. MH370 can and must be found.

I respectfully depart from some of the more vocal MH370 enthusiasts. I am strongly against providing ship tracking information to the public. Very few people know and need to know what the ship is doing. Speculation in the press or social media is at best a painful distraction.

Very aggravated. I NEVER said the following. “THE bodies inside missing Malaysia MH370 aircraft will most likely be perfectly preserved “like a time capsule” when they are found.” Irresponsible of the media to do this to the families and loved ones of the victims.

I think I just had deja vu about a premonition.

I am only speaking out now about MH370 because I was led to believe something was happening. Now I watch the best weather window slip away.

The delay in the search for MH370 can not be about money or willing participants. Must be something else. Not searching is not an option.

Not long ago I passed on word that the core team of the AF447 search was ready to participate in MH370 Search. No response. Why?

I keep hoping to hear that Ocean Infinity is searching for MH370. Sadly still hear that all is waiting on Malaysia to make a decision. Why?

I have great respect for my former employer CNN, and have one question: What in God's name are they doing? The storm coverage is dreadful.

Why am I getting so many questions about David Mearn's role in finding AF447? Unless he was undercover, it's a simple answer. NONE. ZERO.

For MH370 search it's very important to be on one team. I assure you ATSB has and is doing everything possible to solve this tragic mystery.

The challenge in finding MH370 is narrowing the search area to a manageable size. ATSB has done an impressive job to date.

Getting lots of question about whether David Mearns is part of our effort to assist ATSB in locating MH370. Simple answer: No.

I am however involved with RMST Inc. in organizing new expeditions to Titanic and in developing the next generation of public exhibitions.

Despite the media, I have zero involvement in Ballard's effort to bring Titanic artifacts to the U.K. nor have I talked with him about it.
